A bold expression of craft, confidence, and ambition, Park Place has long stood as a symbol of a city on the rise. Now, that legacy is being reimagined. We’re reinvesting to create a workplace alive with energy, connection, and flow, one that puts people, wellbeing, and shared experience at the center. The arrival will feel elevated while everyday moments feel intentional. The building will once again lead the conversation about what work, community, and city life can be.

The revitalization of Park Place is guided by a simple idea, to create a workplace that supports how people work, connect, and recharge today. The design draws inspiration from the natural flow of water, carving new paths and revealing new forms over time. In the same way, the new Park Place experience and design brings a sense of flow, arrival and renewal to the heart of the building.
More than a lobby renovation, it will become a central gathering place where colleagues meet between meetings, clients feel welcome, and the rhythm of downtown life flows through.

WHAT’S HAPPENING IN THE LOBBY?
We’re excited to unveil the new Park Place brand and lobby revitalization. A refreshed vision of well-being, connection, and modern sophistication.
HOW LONG WILL CONSTRUCTION TAKE?
The goal is to complete the revitalization by December, 2026.
WHAT AMENITIES ARE COMING?
Living Room/Lounge area as well as new restaurant completed by Q1 2027.
WILL ACCESS BE RESTRICTED?
Certain entrances will be closed, communication will be forwarded via bulletin, advising of any disruption.
WILL IT BE NOISY?
We’re doing our best to minimize disruption to our tenants, all disruptive work will occur outside business hours – but from time to time, there could be an impact to you/tenants.
WHAT ABOUT THE CONFERENCE FACILITY?
The conference facility will provide a modern, versatile environment designed to host various events, meetings, and collaborative activities. While the closure of the library marks the end of an era, the introduction of the conference space signifies a commitment to creating opportunities for connection, innovation, and shared experiences in a refreshed setting.
WILL COMMUNITY EVENTS CONTINUE?
Summer party will still take place on the exterior plaza of Park Place.
When will the restaurant open?
We anticipate handing the space over to the future restaurant tenant in Fall 2026. Their interior build-out will begin shortly after, with an expected opening in early 2027.
