WHAT’S HAPPENING IN THE LOBBY?
We’re excited to unveil the new Park Place brand and lobby revitalization. A refreshed vision of well-being, connection, and modern sophistication.
HOW LONG WILL CONSTRUCTION TAKE?
The goal is to complete the revitalization by December, 2026.
WHAT AMENITIES ARE COMING?
Living Room/Lounge area as well as new restaurant completed by Q1 2027.
WILL ACCESS BE RESTRICTED?
Certain entrances will be closed, communication will be forwarded via bulletin, advising of any disruption.
WILL IT BE NOISY?
We’re doing our best to minimize disruption to our tenants, all disruptive work will occur outside business hours – but from time to time, there could be an impact to you/tenants.
WHAT ABOUT THE CONFERENCE FACILITY?
The conference facility will provide a modern, versatile environment designed to host various events, meetings, and collaborative activities. While the closure of the
library marks the end of an era, the introduction of the conference space signifies a commitment to creating opportunities for connection, innovation, and shared experiences in a refreshed setting.
WILL COMMUNITY EVENTS CONTINUE?
Summer party will still take place on the exterior plaza of Park Place.
When will the restaurant open?
We anticipate handing the space over to the future restaurant tenant in Fall 2026. Their interior build-out will begin shortly after, with an expected opening in early 2027.
